Welcome to the UCard Photo Upload Site
The UCard photo upload application is available anyone receiving their first UCards.

Before you submit your photo please review the UCard photo requirements at https://www.umass.edu/ucard/content/ucard-photo-requirements. This photo is for your official UMass identification card (UCard), so the photo you submit MUST meet these requirements.

Please be aware that there are hard deadlines for online photo submission. So please submit your photo as early as possible. This will allow you enough time to submit another photo if your first photo is rejected.

After you submit your photo, check your email. You should immediately receive an email notifying you that your photo was successfully uploaded. Within 1-2 business days, you should receive a second email letting you know that your photo was approved or rejected. In the case of the latter, the email message will include the reason(s) why your photo was rejected.

You must be currently enrolled in order to submit your photo. Please have a copy of your government ID handy. 

Below are the basic requirements for a successful upload:

• Standard passport size photo

• The photo should be of you and only you

• Head must be uncovered, unless for religious purposes

• Glasses should not contain glare

• No sunglasses

• No headphones or wireless devices

• Photo should be from the last six months
